All elements (texts, logos, source code, graphics) present on nishka.io are the exclusive property of Nishka Digital Agency. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Data collected: name, email address, phone number (optional), reason for the request, services needed, how you heard about us and message content, sent through our contact form. A confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. Purposes and legal bases: • Answering your request and preparing a possible quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). • Managing the client relationship and meeting our legal obligations: performance of the contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR). • Audience measurement and advertising (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Retention periods: • Requests that do not lead to a project: 12 months after our last exchange. • Client data: 24 months after the end of the business relationship. Accounting records are kept for the period required by Bulgarian law. Recipients: Nishka’s founders and our technical providers, only as needed: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google and Meta (only with your consent). Your data is never sold. Transfers outside the European Union: some of these providers are based in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, by writing to contact@nishka.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, www.cpdp.bg).

Strictly necessary (no consent needed): • NEXT_LOCALE: remembers your language, deleted when you close the browser. • nishka-cookie-consent (browser local storage): remembers your choices for 180 days. • nishka-contact-draft (browser local storage): keeps your unfinished request in the contact form for up to 7 days. It is never sent anywhere and is deleted once you send the form. Subject to your consent: • Audience measurement, Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): up to 2 years. • Marketing, Meta Pixel (_fbp): 3 months. These tools are not loaded until you allow them. Vercel Speed Insights separately measures anonymous technical performance metrics, without cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” button on every page.
